Does it work without signal?
Yes. Scanning, sorting and exporting all happen on your iPhone, so it works at anchor, offshore or in a marina with bad Wi-Fi.
What does my accountant or management company receive?
One ZIP file: an Excel workbook with Expenses and Cash Float sheets, a Monthly Summary, Analytics, Cash Float and Validation reports as PDFs, and every receipt photo. You send it by Mail, Files, AirDrop or any app you like.
Where are my receipts stored?
On your device. Tabulo doesn't upload your receipts or exports anywhere; you decide where each export goes.
Can I track more than one card?
Yes. Named boat cards, cash float and bank transfers are tracked separately, with their own totals in every export.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days free. After that it's £19.99 a month or £189.99 a year. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
How do I track yacht expenses as crew?
Photograph each receipt at the point of spend. Tabulo Marine reads the merchant, date and total, suggests a category such as fuel, provisions or marina fees, and files it against the right boat card. At month-end you export the whole month as one pack for the captain, management company or accountant. Nothing is typed into a spreadsheet.
Can I use Tabulo Marine for more than one yacht?
Yes. You can set up each vessel separately, with its own months, cards and exports, so two boats never share a total. Crew who move between vessels keep the previous vessel's records intact.
Does Tabulo Marine handle VAT on yacht expenses?
Yes. VAT is recorded per receipt and appears as its own column in the Excel export, so your accountant can see the VAT element of each line without reopening the receipt photos.

There is a 7-day free trial with full access. After that it is £19.99 a month or £189.99 a year, and you can cancel any time in your Apple account settings.
